Join Emma for a socialable run in the great outdoors

Get some tips on getting fit, meet some new friends & breathe in the fresh air

 

Not after a one on one training session, but still want some guidance & motivation in geting active?
Emma invites you to Run 4 Fun.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have a little experience on two feet, you can join this unique group training session - It's like any exercise class but ouside & all you need is a pair of trainers.

It's not all running, they'll be some exercises to break up the pace, some tips thrown in to the mix, plus a question & answer session welcome during the warm-up & cool down too.

Whether we're walking, jogging or sprinting depending on the group ability, we'll be moving & having fun - rain or shine!
