  • Discussion of personal goals
  • Analysis of available time and current lifestyle
  • Sketch out a timeline for realistic progress
  • Initial recommendations on moving forward

Initial Assessment 1 hour - £30
Includes

  • General health and fitness assessment
    *Including blood pressure, resting heart rate, body measurements, basic cardiovascular and strength testing
    All used as outcome measures in assessing future progress
  • Analysis of current nutrition and suggestions for improvement
  • Construction of an achievable and motivating activity plan
  • Discussion of concerns and challenges ahead, focussing on possible solutions
