Emma Mellors is registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals - REPs (www.exerciseregister.org), which is owned by SkillsActive, the Sector Skills Council for Active Leisure and Wellbeing. Having undertaken GP referral training on top of being an Advanced Personal Trainer, Emma is qualified to REPs Level 3, meaning she can safely design and implement exercise programmes for individuals with a range of medical conditions

Starting an exercise programme with Full Body Fit will mean a qualified trainer comes to you at a convienient time. You will be guided to carry out safe and effective exercise in a relaxed environment, which will be adapted and progressed around you. Having a one-to-one session means you will receive maximum encouragement and attention to detail to get you on the road to recovery.

Referred by a Health Practitioner?
If you have been referred to exercise by a Doctor, Nurse or other Health Practitioner, they may give you a form detailing your situation, which you can then pass onto Emma Mellors at your first session to aid the design of an appropriate activity plan. Any direct referral will give you a significant discount off the first 10 personal training sessions, by which time you will have established an effective exericise routine and the confidence to take it forward.
