  • Discussion of personal goals
  • Analysis of available time & current lifestyle
  • Sketch out a timeline for realistic progress
  • Initial recommendations on moving forward

Fitness Assessment 1 hour - £30
Includes

  • General fitness analysis – Blood pressure, resting heart rate
  • Body measurements
  • Cardiovascular test
  • Strength test

Following up from the session, you will receive;

  • Full evaluation of results with recommendations
  • Tailored training plan
