Mellors runs Full body Fit offering a range of wellbeing solutions, specialising in one-to-one training that incorporates a range of techniques to deliver positive results for both body and mind.
Fullfilling and healthy living is at the centre of the Full Body Fit ethos enabling a focus on improving
health and fitness whilst having fun.
Emma works with individuals and small groups in order that they can
achieve their personal goals. Working with those who want to improve everyday health and
fitness for the long term, and facilitating those who are injured or have a specific medical condition to move in a positive direction.
Emma's
passion for health and fitness led her to launch her own company to
pursue this as a life long career. Having had a huge amount of experience
in building relationships and being target driven, she has the ability
to bring motivation and focus to any individual.
Emma is passionate about continually developing her knowledge and is now completing a degree in Physiotherapy at Coventry University to widen her expertise in rehabilitation and enable work with a growing clientele.
Having worked in the industry for 7 years, training clients in their own homes, outdoors and in gyms, she also works with like minded organisations delivering rehabilitation Pilates and group exercise for local authorities to improve health in the community.
Enjoying climbing, running, cycling and anything outdoors, Emma relishes the opportunity to take on personal challenges, which have included running a marathon, cycling the Etape du Tour and completing the 3 Peaks Challenge.
Emma
is fully qualified in a wide range of disciplines and certified on the Register
of Exercise Professionals (REPs) as an Advanced Instructor at Level 3. www.exerciseregister.org
